Trading Guidelines
- BAC Holdings is a full service company who will handle your trading transaction from start to finish, insuring that both buyers and sellers are fully protected from the beginning to the end, and that your trading process is flawless.
- Minimum transaction is $3 millions, no maximum
- Buyer will provide a Letter of Credit from a Top 50 World Bank per direction from the Seller Title Holder of the goods to the Seller's Bank.
- If brokers are involved in the transaction, a fee agreement will be established with the brokers, and the brokers will step aside and let Seller and Buyer handle the transaction directly, in order to communicate properly and finalize the transaction. No transactions can ever succeed if brokers try to call the shots! No need for broker paranoia, no one will be circumvented...
- If a legal Mandate is involved, he/she will be requested to provide his Notarized Mandate Papers on the Buyer's Full Letterhead, Signed and Sealed by the Buyer, in order to move forward. An NCNDA can be signed up front, but NO IMFPA will be signed until an ICPO or FCO are issued, as it is illegal, and considered extortion!
- Sellers must have clear title to the goods and records which prove they bought the goods that are being offered for sale. Buyer must be the one showing POF (Proof of Funds) and MUST be the end Buyer who will pay for the goods! Any brokers trying to act like a buyer, issuing false documents will be reported to the Authorities immediately! Any brokers portraying themselves as a Legal Mandate when they are not will NOT be dealt with!
- Buyers must have the ability to issue irrevocable Letters of Credit per Seller's instructions and be able to follow Seller's procedures.
- Buyer shall be required to inspect cargo prior to shipment, to accept cargo as is where is located after successful inspection is done or in cargo containers and weighed at port.
- Buyers and Sellers shall be expected to cooperate with our team in order to facilitate a timely solution between the Buyer and the Seller.
- We are able to sell JP54 Jet Fuel, D2 Diesel, Mazout M100, Gold Bullion, Gold Dust, Precious Metals, Metal Powders, Scrap Metal HMS 1&2, Used Rails, Iron Ore and any other legal goods around the globe at competitive prices which shall afford any Buyers of Commodities and other goods the best prices, terms and security of payment.
