Quantity: As per seller's the Manifest (unlimited):

1. COMMISSION;

3% to be paid by the Buyer on the Selling Price (1.5% to the seller side and 1.5% to the buyer side.)

1. DELIVERY;

Parcel changes ownership immediately  after confirmation of the payment by MT103 including transfer of all related documents.

1. PAYMENT;

In US American Dollars (or as agreed).  The diamonds are sealed and payment is done via Irrevocable Swift Wire Transfer into Seller’s designated account at the end of the Viewing/ TTM.

Subject: ROUGH DIAMONDS OF 1,000 to 100,000 Carats/Month

This manifest to be considered must be sent to the buyer for approval first and must include approximate total amount of carats, clarity and size ranges and shape of stones based on the Kimberley Process Certificate.

3. 1. 1. The TTM/viewing will take place at Brinks/NY or Miami free zone.  The Buyer’s gemologist shall inspect the product within a diligent and timely manner and in accordance with the industry practice:
4. After receptions of the positive conclusion of the gemologist, payment is done via Irrevocable Swift Wire Transfer into Seller’s designated account and commissions are paid immediately by Buyer without delay at the same time to the Paymaster as per Pay Order.
